Wholesale terms & conditions
At River & Bee we value our customers and welcome the opportunity to share our products with new retailers. We thank you so much for your support and look forward to working with you.
With this in mind, we have put together the following general wholesale terms and conditions.
Acceptance
Placing an order with River & Bee confirms your acceptance of the following terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please contact us first before you place an order. We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
Placing an order
We have an online system for wholesale orders. Details of this will be shared once you are set up within our system. All goods remain the property of River & Bee until paid for in full.
Please contact us if you would like to enquire about an item that is out of stock.
Third party marketplace policy
By purchasing our items wholesale, you agree to only sell our products via your website or physical location. We do not allow selling on any other platforms (e.g. on Etsy, Amazon, Facebook, etc.).
Trademarks and ownership of rights
The trademarks and other intellectual property rights of River & Bee are owned by or licensed to us. The use of them is forbidden unless otherwise authorised by us.
Colours & print
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately on screen, some computer monitors may display colours incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on your monitor.
Wholesale pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any change to the pricing made after you have made your order will not affect that order.
New products and launches
Where possible, we will keep all of our retailers informed with what we have planned for future launches and releases.
All our images can be found in an online shared folder that you will be given access to.
You may not share this information, any product images or the launch date with anybody else until we release the information.
Product discounts
Upon the launch of new products and collections, items must be sold at the full RRP for at least seven days.
Any discounts or product codes are not to be shared or promoted by yourselves or your brand reps in the official River & Bee Facebook group.
Shipping
Parcels are sent with Royal Mail or similar and the cost is calculated by weight. Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched once full payment is received.
For smaller orders, we aim to have your order with you within a week. For larger orders, please allow us up to 10 days. If you have an urgent order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you where possible.
Warranty and returns
Occasionally, an issue will be highlighted with a nappy by a customer, and they will request a refund or exchange. We ask you to handle all returns with the customer yourself and contact us when needed. We also ask that you undertake a full fact-find with the customer before you contact us for a refund.
At River & Bee, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment to excellence is why we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty for all our products, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction.
Coverage
This warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (or the birth of your baby, whichever is longer). This includes, but may not limited to:
- Delaminating PUL
- Faulty snaps
- Faulty stitching
- Faulty absorbency
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, washing, use of bleach or accidents. Additionally, modifications, alterations, or any attempt at repair by the customer or third parties will void this warranty.
Important: Warranty Void for Non-Compliance with Wash Routine
The warranty will be void if the customer does not follow the wash routine provided by River & Bee. Proper care is essential to maintain the integrity and performance of our products. Please adhere to our recommended wash routine to ensure your items remain eligible for warranty coverage.
